For owners
Two hours with a person who reads your numbers with you.
The two business roads and the owner tools explain how the numbers work. Some owners want a person to sit with their own: revenue, costs, margin, cash, owner pay, laid out on one page of your numbers that you keep, with the three questions that matter most for your CPA and your attorney written down. Fixed prices you see before you write, and if what you need turns out to be one of those professionals, you hear it in the first ten minutes and the rest is refunded.
Three offers
A two hour business numbers session, $300: your revenue, costs, margin, cash, and owner pay laid out on one page of your numbers that you keep, with the three questions that matter most for your CPA and your attorney written down. A quarterly check in, $900 a year: four one hour sessions that read the quarter's numbers against the last one and keep that page current. A start up package, $1,500: the entity questions, the first year's cash picture, the bookkeeping setup, the separate account, and the calendar of filings, with the professionals to hire named.
What it is and is not
It is consulting on how your numbers work and which questions to ask. It is not tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice, and no decision is made for you. The engagement letter says so, and a CPA and an attorney are named for the parts that are theirs. If a session finds that what you need is one of them, you are told that in the first ten minutes and the rest is refunded.
Booking
Write to admin@wealthyhabitat.com with the offer you want and a sentence about the business. The engagement letter comes back, and payment is by card or invoice on booking.
