What you get. Your numbers follow you to every device, your history is kept, and the free monthly limits on questions and readers are lifted.
Cancel from your account page any time. A full refund within 14 days of a first purchase. 30 days notice before any price change. A receipt for every charge, and the renewal date on your account page.

Why a Resident stays one

Plain answers
Can I cancel? Yes, from your account page, in one click, with no one to call. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
What if I change my mind? A full refund within fourteen days of a first purchase. After that, cancel and the next charge never comes.
Will the price change? Only with thirty days notice, by email, before it touches you.
What happens to my place if I stop? It stays on the device you used, as it does for anyone free. The synced copy stays in your account until you delete the account from your account page, and you can export everything first.
Do you sell or share my data? No. No ads, no trackers, no affiliate links, no product behind the site. The Privacy Notice says exactly what is kept and why.
Will anyone here tell me what to do with my money? No, on any plan, and that is the point. Nobody on this site has a product to sell you or a commission to earn, so every page can explain how a thing works and leave the deciding to you. When a question needs a decision, the answer names the professional to ask. Every answer is read for advice language before you see it, and one that drifts is withheld.
