finished the six lessons of the first paycheck unit and can now

read a pay stub and name the gap between earned and arrived; say why money set aside before it is seen is easier to keep; tell a savings account from a retirement account and say what a match is; say what a credit card costs when a balance is carried; define one month of breathing room and compute how long it takes; ask who is on the other side of a sure thing and how they are paid.

Every number in the unit was a practice number. The unit teaches how money works and never says what to do with it.
